By accessing or using DrumSplit.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DrumSplit.io provides AI-powered audio separation services that isolate individual drum elements from audio files. The Service processes uploaded audio files and returns separated drum stems.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Upload content you do not have the right to process
Use the Service to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to abuse the Service
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
Upload malicious files or content that could harm the Service

4. User Content

You retain all rights to audio files you upload. By uploading files, you grant DrumSplit.io a limited license to process your files solely to provide the Service. We do not store, share, or use your files for any other purpose.

Files are deleted immediately after processing. We do not retain copies of your uploaded files or processed stems.

5. Free Tier and Paid Services

The Service offers a free tier with usage limitations (1 separation per 24 hours per IP address). Paid tiers and subscriptions are available with higher limits or unlimited usage.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

6. Quality and Accuracy

While we strive for high-quality separation results, the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of perfect separation quality. Results vary based on source audio quality, complexity, and other factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

DrumSplit.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page.

10. Refunds

Pay-per-use purchases are non-refundable. Subscription refunds may be granted at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if no usage has occurred.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
